Registered Owner Authorization for Release / Pickup

If you are unable to personally pick up your vehicle or property from Carnaghi Towing and Repair, you may authorize another person to retrieve it on your behalf.

How to Complete the Authorization

1. Download and complete the Registered Owner Authorization form.
2. Enter the registered owner's legal name, address, and phone number.
3. Provide the vehicle information, including:

• Year
• Make
• Model
• VIN
• Color

     4. Enter the authorized person's legal name, address, and phone number.

     5.  The registered owner must sign and date the authorization.

     6. Attach a clear copy of the registered owner's government-issued photo ID.

     7. The authorized person must bring valid government-issued photo identification when picking up the vehicle or property.

     8. Submit the completed authorization and required identification to Carnaghi Towing and Repair as directed by our staff.

Important Information

This authorization is limited to the release and pickup of the specific property or vehicle identified on the form.

It does not transfer ownership and does not authorize the person picking up the vehicle or property to sell, title, register, or otherwise dispose of it.

Carnaghi Towing and Repair may require additional documentation and/or payment of all applicable towing, storage, administrative, or other charges before the vehicle or property can be released.

Before You Arrive

Please make sure:

• The authorization form is completely filled out.
• The registered owner has signed and dated the form.
• A clear copy of the registered owner's government-issued photo ID is attached.
• The authorized person has valid government-issued identification.
• Any required charges or additional documentation have been addressed.
